Eco Packin Printing Dongguan Co., Ltd. (“Eco Packin”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is located in Dongguan, China. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal data when you visit ecopackin.com, use its language or cookie controls, or submit a product or business inquiry.
The Site is currently a B2B product catalogue and inquiry website. WooCommerce presents product information; the Site does not currently process online checkout or payments.
1. Personal Data We Collect
Depending on the inquiry form you use, we may collect:
- Your name and business email address;
- company name and country or region;
- product of interest, relevant product name or SKU, source page and page language;
- project requirements and other details you provide;
- your privacy-consent selection;
- submission date and time, page URL, browser or device user-agent information, remote IP address and anti-spam signals such as hidden honeypot fields; and
- information contained in later correspondence with us.
Fields marked as required are needed to process the inquiry. You may choose not to provide optional information, although this may limit our ability to give a useful response.
2. How We Use Personal Data

- discuss product requirements, specifications, customisation, samples, quotations and potential business relationships;
- identify the product and page connected with an inquiry;

We do not use an inquiry submission for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis.

4. Inquiry Forms, Email and Anti-Spam Protection
The Site uses WordPress and Elementor to operate inquiry forms. Submissions are stored in the WordPress/Elementor administration system and sent to designated Eco Packin email accounts so our team can respond. Access is limited to people who need it for inquiry handling, website administration, security or legal purposes.
To reduce automated spam, the forms use local honeypot checks, including WP Armour. These checks evaluate hidden form signals in the Site without creating a visitor account, displaying a CAPTCHA, setting an advertising cookie or sending the form content to a separate anti-spam service.
5. Cookies, Consent Preferences and Language Translation
CookieYes provides the Site’s cookie-consent controls and remembers your consent preferences. You can review or change those preferences at any time using the Consent Preferences button displayed on the Site.
GTranslate provides client-side machine translation. When you select another language, the translation feature and the technologies it relies on may process technical information needed to provide the translated page. Machine translations may be incomplete or inaccurate.
The Contact page includes Google Maps, and the Site may load Google Fonts. Loading or using these features may allow Google to receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information and requested page. Please see Google’s Privacy Policy.
Based on the current public configuration, cookies and similar technologies are used for necessary website operation, security, consent preferences and functional features. The Site is not currently configured with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel. If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced later, we will update this Policy and request consent before activating them where applicable.
You can also control cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary or functional storage may prevent some Site features from working correctly.
6. When We Share Personal Data
We may share personal data only as reasonably necessary with authorised Eco Packin personnel; website hosting, WordPress/Elementor form-processing, email, IT, security, translation, map and cookie-management providers; professional advisers; government authorities, regulators or courts where required by law; or a successor involved in a business transfer subject to appropriate confidentiality requirements. Service providers may process data only to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Because Eco Packin is located in China, inquiry data submitted from another country will be received and processed in China. Data may also be processed in countries where our hosting, email, translation or other providers operate. Data-protection laws may differ between countries. We take reasonable measures appropriate to the circumstances to protect personal data during international processing and transfers.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, misuse or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, manage a business relationship, maintain appropriate records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the inquiry, whether a relationship develops, security needs and legal record-keeping requirements.
Elementor submissions do not currently have an automatic deletion period configured, so stored inquiries are reviewed and deleted manually when no longer required. Backup copies and technical logs may be retained according to the relevant hosting, security and backup settings. You may request deletion by contacting us, subject to information we must retain for legitimate or legal reasons.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction or deletion; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; request a portable copy where applicable; or complain to an appropriate data-protection authority.
